You can create new pages and content, import / create your guild roster, set up your forums, and invite your guild members to your new site using the Web Site Control Panel. mmolecule is happy to welcome you and would like to thank you for choosing mmolecule Guild Services for your guild hosting needs!
If you are a site administrator you can use the Website Control Panel to control all aspects of your new guild site. The Website Control Panel is where you will be able to control all of the general site options around your guild site. It also has several sub applications to help assist you in your administration duties. Each system is briefly outlined below.
Using the Members & Groups Manager you can invite guild members to join your new guild website and claim their characters. You can also create and manage your guild roster. Additionally, if you are a World of Warcraft guild, you will have the ability to import your current guild roster directly into your new guild site.
The Content Manager is where you can control all aspects of the content on your guild website. Using the Content Manager you will be able to create your guild’s About Us, Guild Rules, and Join Us pages. Not only does the Content Manager give you the ability to add, edit and remove content pages on your guild website, it also allows you to add guild specific news items, with images.
The Forum Manager is where you will have complete control of your guild website forums. You will have the ability to modify global forum settings, forum email options, create new forums and forum categories, create specific access groups, and even change forum security settings.
